Admissions are on a first come first served basis.Only fully qualified individuals are given an appointment for registration. Please consult the check list below for all the required documents, if you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

BORN IN QUEBEC *

  • Quebec Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (Valid only if issued before
    January 1, 1994)
  • Diploma (DES)
  • Réléve de notes (MEQ) with a mention of (DES)
  • Réléve de notes (MEQ) with a mention of (SEC IV,
    English, French and Math)
  • MEQ Equivalence of SEC IV or higher
  • Social Insurance Card AND Medicare Card.

BORN OUTSIDE QUEBEC *

  • Canadian Citizenship Card
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • IMM1000 or (IMM5292) Immigration form
  • Certificate of Selection of Quebec
  • Birth Certificate Translation
  • Diploma (DES)
  • Réléve de notes (MEQ) with a mention of (DES)
  • Réléve de notes (MEQ) with a mention of (Sev IV,
    English, French, and Math)
  • General Development Test (GDT)
  • MEQ Equivalence of SEC IV or Higher

    at the bottom of the form

Admission Requirements

Assistance in Health Care Facilities Program

Secondary School Diploma or a recognized equivalence. OR

General Development Test (GDT) and ENG 3071-3 or ENG 306 (Youth Sector), or recognition of equivalent learning OR

Secondary III credits in English, French and Maths and pursuing general education courses to obtain the Secondary IV credits (in concomitance which has to be accepted by AEVS)

Note: Student who needs a General Development Test (GDT) must be informed that an English Sec. III exam is also compulsory. English exam is given on Thursday morning. GDT is given the following Friday. It is $50.00 registration fee.

Pharmacy Technical Assitance Program

Secondary High School Diploma or a recognized equivalence OR

Secondary IV credits in English, French and Maths OR

General Development Test (GDT) and ENG 3071-3 or ENG 306 (Youth Sector), or recognition of equivalent learning OR

Secondary III credits in English, French and Maths and pursuing general education courses to obtain the Secondary IV credits (in concomitance which has to be accepted by AEVS)

Accounting / Secretarial Studies Programs

Persons holding a Secondary School Diploma or its recognized equivalent.

Persons who are at least 16 years of age on September 30 of the school year in which their training is to being and have earned the Secondary IV credits in language of instruction, second language, and mathematics in the programs of study established by the Minister, or have been granted recognition of equivalent learning.

Persons who are at least 18 years of age upon entry into the program and have the following functional prerequisites: the successful completion of the general development test.

Persons having earned Secondary III credits in language of instruction, second language, and mathematics in the programs of study established by the Minister and who will continue their general education courses concurrently with their vocational training in order to obtain the credits they are missing.

Starting a Business Program

There are no admission requirements for this program.
